The administration of the Fund was undertaken by the Fund Administrator and the Managing Director of the Presidency Fund who together comprised the Fund Secretariat.
The administrator maintained an overview of the Fund and its implementation and was the principal reference point for questions and enquiries about the Fund. The administrator was also responsible for preparing and organising the Board meetings, prepare, monitor and evaluate the calls for proposals and write the respective mid-term and annual reports for the donors and ensure the transparent and accountable management of the Presidency Fund’s finances. Another important task of the administrator was the updating and maintenance of the Presidency Fund’s website
